Meet Carl, a children’s author with a knack for storytelling and a passion for bedtime tales.

Carl's journey into the world of children's books began in the most unexpected of ways: while trying to get his daughter to sleep. Every night, she would ask for the same story—again and again. That’s how Peaches The Winter Bee came to life!

Peaches, a delightful little winter bee with a big heart, became a bedtime favourite in Carl's home. As he told the story night after night, Carl began to wonder if other children might love Peaches' adventures just as much as his daughter did. And so, with a bit of encouragement from his little one, he decided to turn Peaches’ story into a book for all to enjoy.

Though Carl is new to the author scene, he has big plans for Peaches and her friends. His goal is to create stories that make children giggle, spark their imagination, and—fingers crossed—help them drift off to sleep (a win for all the tired mums and dads out there!).

But there’s more to Peaches than just a cute bedtime story. Carl is passionate about teaching children to care for the environment, and through Peaches’ adventures, he hopes to inspire young readers to think about how they can help protect our planet. Peaches may be small, but she’s got a big message!
